Monaco Midnight Blue - Refillable Fragrance Compact
The Bordeaux compact is a gorgeous, purple-toned deep red, true to the image. I took off one star only because, as with all my compacts from ēma, the gold edging does start to rub off early, but the functionality of the compact remains reliable. It holds its pans steady inside, and the lid closed even when banged around in a purse all day.
The small removal tool is a lovely bonus to help you pop out your pods, but you sont necessarily need it to pop them out. Placing the pods face down on a palm, and a gentle slap to the back of the compact will pop them out. Since this can be messy and risk dropping the pods, I appreciate the tool.

Peony scent was nowhere near being accurate. Scents are so faint, you literally have to put your nose on top of where the scent was applied. Very disappointed, save your money.

Amazing compact + solid perfumes and I’ve
tried anything like it. I really love how convenient it is and of course all the scents I picked, they smell so good and so many options in one small compact! I normally don’t wear perfume everyday but since I got a chance to try Ema perfume, I will be sure using it everyday and take it along with me! And will definitely buy more pods when I’m out and try out different scents 💕 looks like it will be my favorite perfume!
