At ēma fragrance, we want to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed within 24 hours, so you won't have to wait long for your favorite scents to arrive. Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the US and 6-18 business days internationally.

Important Information Regarding Duties and Taxes: Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid upon delivery. We recommend checking with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to try the product. If you're not satisfied, you can return it, even if it has been lightly used. All returns must be started within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return method and the return shipping costs. To ensure your return reaches us securely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

For unopened products, you have 30 days from the purchase date to make a return. Please note that return shipping costs are not prepaid, so you'll need to cover those.
